H\u1ed2 QU\u1ed0C TU\u1ea4N &#8211; GI\u1ea2NG VI\u00caN \u0110\u1ea0I H\u1eccC BRISTOL (V\u01af\u01a0NG QU\u1ed0C ANH)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u1ee7i ro tham nh\u0169ng ti\u1ec1m \u1ea9n r\u1ea5t cao \u1edf c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ng\u00e0y 22-2-2018, T\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c Minh b\u1ea1ch Qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf (Transparency International) c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 Ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 c\u1ea3m nh\u1eadn tham nh\u0169ng (CPI) 2017, Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u1ea1t 35\/100 \u0111i\u1ec3m, x\u1ebfp h\u1ea1ng 107\/180 to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u.<\/p>\n<p>Theo x\u1ebfp h\u1ea1ng n\u00e0y th\u00ec Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u1ee9ng tr\u00ean Myanmar, L\u00e0o v\u00e0 Campuchia, ch\u1ec9 nh\u1ec9nh h\u01a1n Philippines m\u1ed9t ch\u00fat v\u00e0 x\u1ebfp sau Trung Qu\u1ed1c, Th\u00e1i Lan, Indonesia v\u00e0 Malaysia. So v\u1edbi nh\u00f3m \u0111\u1ee9ng \u0111\u1ea7u ch\u00e2u \u00c1 nh\u01b0 Nh\u1eadt B\u1ea3n, Singapore v\u00e0 H\u1ed3ng K\u00f4ng, \u0111i\u1ec3m s\u1ed1 c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f2n k\u00e9m r\u1ea5t xa.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u01b0\u1edbc b\u00e1o c\u00e1o n\u00e0y, c\u00e1ch \u0111\u00e2y m\u1ea5y th\u00e1ng, T\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c Minh b\u1ea1ch Qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf c\u00f2n c\u00f3 m\u1ed9t b\u00e1o c\u00e1o chuy\u00ean \u0111\u1ec1 v\u1ec1 Vi\u1ec7t Nam, c\u1ea3nh b\u00e1o \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t v\u1ec1 tham nh\u0169ng trong l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/p>\n<p>Theo c\u00e1c t\u00e1c gi\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a b\u00e1o c\u00e1o chuy\u00ean \u0111\u1ec1 n\u00e0y, l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam b\u1ecb \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng x\u1ea5u b\u1edfi &#8220;n\u0103ng l\u1ef1c qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb k\u00e9m do thi\u1ebfu minh b\u1ea1ch, thi\u1ebfu ki\u1ec3m tra gi\u00e1m s\u00e1t v\u00e0 c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng quy\u1ec1n l\u1ef1c, t\u1ec7 quan li\u00eau v\u00e0 nh\u1eefng m\u1ed1i li\u00ean h\u1ec7 ch\u1eb7t ch\u1ebd gi\u1eefa Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 v\u00e0 doanh nghi\u1ec7p&#8221;. \u0110\u00e2y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem khuy\u1ebfn c\u00e1o r\u1eb1ng, r\u1ee7i ro tham nh\u0169ng ti\u1ec1m \u1ea9n r\u1ea5t cao \u1edf c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o trong t\u01b0\u01a1ng lai \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam.<\/p>\n<p>Nh\u1eefng nh\u1eadn \u0111\u1ecbnh n\u00e0y kh\u00f4ng nh\u1eefng \u0111\u1eb7t ra m\u1ed9t th\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c kh\u00f4ng nh\u1ecf cho Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u00ec h\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh trong m\u1eaft gi\u1edbi \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 v\u00e0 t\u00e0i tr\u1ee3 v\u1ed1n h\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng cho n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng t\u00e1i t\u1ea1o s\u1ebd x\u1ea5u \u0111i, m\u00e0 n\u00f3 \u1edf Trung Qu\u1ed1c v\u00e0 Ai C\u1eadp cho th\u1ea5y Vi\u1ec7t Nam kh\u00f4ng n\u00ean xem th\u01b0\u1eddng r\u1ee7i ro n\u00e0y.<\/p>\n<p>N\u0103m 2016, c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u thu\u1ed9c Tr\u01b0\u1eddng Kinh t\u1ebf v\u00e0 Ch\u00ednh tr\u1ecb London (LSE) \u0111\u00e3 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u v\u1ec1 tham nh\u0169ng trong \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng gi\u00f3 \u1edf Trung Qu\u1ed1c v\u00e0 k\u1ebft lu\u1eadn r\u1eb1ng, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 t\u1ed9i ph\u1ea1m tham nh\u0169ng t\u0103ng cao \u1edf nh\u1eefng v\u00f9ng \u00e1p d\u1ee5ng
