Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son told reported that President Tran Dai Quang\u2019s visit contributed to deepening Vietnam\u2019s relations with Russia and Belarus.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__body cms-body\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"article__body cms-body\">At the meeting, Russian leaders affirmed that Russia considered Vietnam one of priorities in its foreign relations in the Asia Pacific and wanted to boost its multifaceted cooperation with Vietnam. Belarusian leaders expressed their hope to heighten bilateral ties with Vietnam.<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__body cms-body\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1448\" src=\"http:\/\/east-sea.de\/datei\/uploads\/2017\/07\/quang2_sfsb-300x187.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"367\" height=\"229\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>President Tran Dai Quang\u2019s visits enhance Vietnam\u2019s ties with Belarus and Russia<\/em><\/p>\n<p>During the visits, Vietnam signed 14 cooperative agreements with Russia and 9 with Belarus to boost bilateral cooperation in economics, national defense, security, sports, tourism, natural resources, environment, science and technology. Vietnam and Russia issued a Joint Statement after President Tran Dai Quang\u2019s visit. President Quang and his Belarusian counterpart signed a Joint Statement on boosting comprehensive and extensive partnership between the two countries.
