He said ASEAN is looking at how&nbsp;to manage the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.vietnamplus.vn\/tags\/East-Sea.vnp\"><strong>East Sea<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;There is unity among ASEAN nations. We are negotiating with China on the Code of Conduct.
